Dye Sublimated Printing

High-impact, roll-to-roll dye sublimated printing for sportswear, apparel, buffs and custom fabric production — built for vibrant colour, consistent quality and serious volume.

Why sublimation works

Colour that becomes part of the fabric.

Dye sublimation is designed for polyester-based textiles. Under heat, the ink bonds with the fibres, producing bright, durable graphics without a heavy surface layer.

Dye sublimated printing FAQ

Questions, answered.

Dye sublimation uses heat to transfer specialist inks into polyester-based fabric. The colour becomes part of the fibres, which is why it is popular for sportswear, performance apparel, buffs and all-over prints.
Polyester and polyester-rich fabrics are generally best. Common examples include birdseye, interlock, pique, single jersey, polyester twill, mesh, fleece and other compatible textiles.
Yes. Supplied fabric can be considered for printing and pressing, provided it is compatible with the dye sublimation process and passes production checks.
Roll-to-roll printing is particularly well suited to larger metreage and repeatable production. Quote requirements can be matched to artwork, fabric and volume.
